Jennifer Gerlach, MD

Dr. Jennifer Gerlach was born and raised in Hudson, Ohio. She graduated from Hudson High School and then completed her undergraduate education at Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio. There she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While in college she received a scholarship to play tennis and was GTE Academic All-American, OAC 1st singles and 1st doubles champion, and was ranked #4 in the Midwest. After college she received her medical degree at Wright State School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and was awarded the William D. Sawyer, MD scholarship in 2001 for community service. She completed her Pediatric Residency Training at Columbus Children’s Hospital/ The Ohio State University.

Dr. Gerlach is married to Dr. Jason Sherman, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, who is working at Southwest Spine and Sports in Scottsdale. Together they enjoy hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family. They look forward to settling into Arizona and making it their new home.
