We highly recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your appointment to confirm your benefits as pediatric coverage can be very different from adult benefits. We recommend asking about wellness benefits, immunization coverage and any specifics regarding pediatric care. For new parents, it is imperative that you confirm eligibility with your insurance plan; many have distinct requirements that are time sensitive and can affect well baby/infant coverage. Please remember that verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment and that you are ultimately responsible for payment for all services that are not covered by your insurance plan once the claim has been processed.
